Your organisation page and package limits

Tenant admins can go to Team in the navigation bar, or directly to app.scoopvault.io/org, to see everything about their workspace in one place. The page is only available to the tenant admin role.

The five cards

Organisation: your workspace's name, domain, active/inactive status, and when it was created.

Package & Usage: your current package, how many investigation matters you've used against your limit, your user limit, and, for time-limited packages like the pilot, the date the package ends. If your workspace's status is anything other than active, that's shown here too.

Connections: whether Google Vault is connected, expired, or not yet connected, with a short explanation of what to do next.

Team: total users, active users, and admin count, with a link to Manage Team.

Recent Jobs: your five most recent investigations, with status and date; click through to open any of them.

If you hit a limit

If you see a "matter limit reached" or similar message when trying to create a matter, connect Vault, run an investigation, or invite a user, this page is the fastest way to see why: check your Package & Usage card for how much of your package you've used and when it ends. If you believe you need a higher limit, contact your ScoopVault representative.
