How access to ScoopVault works

ScoopVault workspaces are activated by review, not open signup. Here is what happens from the moment you request access to the moment your team is working.

Requesting access

Requesting access (through the signup form or by signing in with Google) creates a pending request and shows the "Request received" page. ScoopVault reviews the request and, on approval, creates your organisation's workspace with its package and emails an invitation to the first user (the workspace admin).

Accepting an invitation

Invitations are accepted by signing in with the invited Google account from the link in the invitation email. Invitations are valid for 48 hours; if a link expires, your workspace admin can re-send it from the Team page.

Additional users are added by invitation from within the workspace, subject to the package's user limit.

Packages and limits

Each workspace carries a package that sets its limits. For pilots: up to 3 investigation matters, up to 10 users, for 60 days.

When a limit is reached, the action is declined immediately and the attempt is recorded in the audit trail. Existing investigation data always remains accessible for export, even if a package is suspended or has ended.
