Google Workspace eDiscovery and
Investigation Platform
ScoopVault helps authorised compliance, HR, legal, and security teams investigate Google Workspace data using Google Vault exports.
The platform supports Vault matter access, export creation, export retrieval, email parsing, evidence review, AI-assisted summaries, findings, audit trails, and report preparation.
How ScoopVault uses Google data
ScoopVault connects to Google Vault only after an authorised Workspace user grants access through Google OAuth. ScoopVault uses Google Vault eDiscovery scopes to access and manage Vault matters and exports. It also uses read-only Google Cloud Storage access only to download MBOX and metadata files generated by Google Vault exports. ScoopVault does not currently request Google Drive access.
Current Google access:
- Google Vault eDiscovery
- Google Cloud Storage read-only for Vault-generated export files
- Basic account email and profile for sign-in
- No Google Drive access is currently requested
Google Workspace data accessed by ScoopVault is used only to provide investigation functionality to authorised users. ScoopVault does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
