Sharing investigations and access control
ScoopVault follows a private-by-default model: when you create a search job, only you can see it by default.
Tenant admins see everything
Users with the tenant admin role have visibility of all investigations across the organisation.
Sharing an investigation
Open the job detail page and click Manage access. To share with an individual user: enter their email, choose View or Manage, and click Grant access. To share with a team: choose it from the dropdown, choose View or Manage, and click Grant access.
Access levels
View is read-only. Manage is full access, including re-running searches. Only the investigation's creator or a tenant admin can grant or revoke access.
